Genica Developments, based in Chilliwack, BC, Canada, works in diverse sectors of the land development industry in Western Canada and the USA.

What we do
Genica Developments entitles properties for development in British Columbia, Nevada and Arizona. We typically turnkey our development projects, including civil infrastructure, and provide general contracting services for the vertical construction of our projects.  In addition to our development focus, we also manage Lifestyle Leasehold residential communities, and provide head office administration to our related companies in civil supply & infrastructure (water works) supply with locations in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada.
